Eligibility

We support Iowa families. Parent Pals is for individuals who are single, married, or unmarried and who are expecting a child or parenting children under the age of 5.

Family Support

You’ll be matched with a professional who can:

  • Regularly visit your home

  • Share helpful parenting tips, strategies, and information

  • Help you track immunizations and wellness checks for your child

  • Connect you with parent support groups in your area

  • Be a listening ear when you need to talk

Virtual Home Visiting

Parent Pals can also connect you to a virtual home visiting program, Parentivity. This service is a perfect fit for families who may not qualify for in-home visits. By creating an account, you can track your child’s development and find resources like articles and videos to learn helpful tips and tricks for raising your child.
